Reports are being spread about numerous people opening their sealed packaging to find a scratched and ruined disc. It is believed to only be an issue for the Halo 3 Limited and Essential Edition discs being scratched due to casing issues. Apart from driving people mad when the game fails to play properly it's also going to hit quite a few wallets.
