Carter-A259 was born on Biko on August 27th 2520. He is the leader of Noble Team and appears in the video game Halo: Reach. Carter is a soldier of the SPARTAN III program. During the fall of Reach Carter commands the Noble Team in a number of critical missions. He has the rank of Commander and is the highest ranking officer of the Noble Team, thus earning him the name of Noble One from his unit.

TRIVIA

- During the campaign of Halo: Reach, Carter is the only member of the Noble Team that does not work alongside Noble Six in a team of two.
